Founded by former Toyota import specialist Ahmad Rashid after he successfully restored a rare 1995 Mitsubishi Shogun Sport with no available parts in Malaysia, the workshop now sources rare components from across Southeast Asia to keep these classics running.
Our story
Ahmad Rashid founded BH Premium Auto (M) Sdn Bhd in Ipoh after discovering that a 1995 Mitsubishi Shogun Sport—once thought beyond repair—could be resurrected with parts sourced directly from Japan. The workshop’s expertise grew when they were approached by collectors seeking to restore a fleet of 2003 Nissan Patrols with discontinued 4WD conversion kits, which no other garage dared attempt. Their unique capability in sourcing rare import components has made them the go-to for restoring vehicles with complex, hard-to-find parts.
